Terms and Conditions y88 – Betting Platform Rules

3 Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the y88 platform. Registration of a second or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other required details.
• Identity Verification (KYC): y88 carries out industry-standard identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents to verify your identity and source of funds.
• Login Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. y88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login credentials to third parties.
• Update Information: You must notify y88 of any changes to your personal information within 14 days of the change.

Y88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process. Any balance in such an account may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Y88 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, MAE, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and many other options. Minimum deposit is RM10 and is processed instantly.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Daily and weekly maximum withdrawal limits may vary based on account verification level. Members who have completed full KYC enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Funding Source: All deposits must come from an account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. y88 does not accept third-party deposits.

5 Bonus & Promotion Rules

Y88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses received must meet the specified rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts are prohibited.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Sports betting and slots typically contribute 100%, while table casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Right to Cancel: y88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of system abuse or manipulation.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the y88 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for each sport or game type are available in the relevant help section.

• Bet Verification: A bet is only valid once the system sends confirmation via on-screen display and email. Bets that fail to be confirmed due to technical disruptions will not be processed.
• Bet Cancellation: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with y88's cancellation policy.
• Odds Error: If displayed odds contain an obvious technical error (odds that are unreasonably unusual compared to the current market), y88 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the stake.
• Parlay & Accumulator Betting: This bet type is permitted. However, if one selection is cancelled, the bet will be downgraded to the next lower type based on the number of remaining valid selections.
• Official Results: y88 uses official results from the relevant sports governing bodies. Results from news sources or social media are not accepted as official references for bet settlement.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market. These limits may be adjusted by y88 at any time based on risk assessment.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

Y88 is committed to providing a fair and safe betting environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud & Misconduct: Any attempt to defraud the platform, manipulate the system, or exploit technical bugs for unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the y88 platform to launder or conceal proceeds from illegal activities. All suspected cases will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the technical infrastructure of the y88 platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using fraudulent payment methods, or employing any other technique to claim bonuses illegitimately.
• Match Manipulation: Involvement in or knowledge of any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sports event that has been wagered on.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform without written authorization from y88.

8 Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and y88. Our platform protects your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication system, but your cooperation is also required to keep your account secure at all times.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least 8 characters long.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app or SMS for added protection.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including y88 support staff.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Y88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful behaviour.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Official requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the y88 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method upon completion of a standard review.

10 Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

The y88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While y88 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.

• Y88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or factors beyond our control.
• Betting involves financial risk. y88 is not responsible for wagering decisions made by members.
• Y88 makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from bets placed on our platform.
• Any content or information provided by third parties on the y88 platform is the responsibility of those parties, not y88.

Y88's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Y88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated.

• Y88 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
